Who is the Webtiger network?
Hi, I’m Shoshana from Webtiger. Usually you’ll chat with me first. But sometimes you may chat with a project manager or graphic designer first. Or all of us at the same time!
Depending on the size of your project you may be introduced to a project manager & or a graphic designer. Both these lovely people are local (Melbourne) & work with Webtiger on various projects.
We work well together.
How many clients do you take on at a time?
Webtiger will usually take on up to 4 clients a month.
Webtiger likes to ensure that each client receives the attention they deserve & require. It’s an intimate process, almost all clients that have worked with Webtiger have stayed with us for years as ongoing clients. This is because of the great work & personal attention Webtiger is able to give to each customer.
If there is a waiting list you will be given an estimated start date for your project. In addition, you maybe able to meet the project manager & or graphic designer while waiting for the build to start.
While you are waiting for your start date, you are strongly encouraged to begin thinking about & collecting your site content; text & images.
Also if there are any websites you like the look of, please bookmark at least 3 websites for inspiration/mood.
How long does it take?
Branding typically take between 1 – 4 weeks.
Documents blinged up typically we allow 1 – 4 weeks. But saying that, some items may only take a day.
Website design typically takes anywhere from 4 – 12 weeks. It really depends on the size of the project & functionality requirements. In addition delays may occur where client feedback, response time & supply of content are delayed.
Clients are required to provide content & feedback in a timely manner to assist in the completion of the project. Any delay by a client to provide the required deliverables will result in an extension of the due date for the project.
Webtiger will use reasonable effort to complete all tasks in a timely fashion. However if the scope of the project changes or there are conditions/circumstances beyond the control of Webtiger the project may be delayed.
Note: the completion date is an estimation only.
How much does it cost?
Website design for a standard site starts at $4,250.
Online shops start at $4,960.
Logo & branding by a local Melbourne graphic designer starts at $1100.
Blinged up documents, flags, signs, posters, forms start at $289.
Page layout starts at $780 per page.

Is our website unique?
Yes. Webtiger and the graphic designer will create mockups of your website using tools such as Photoshop & InDesign.
The design will be based on your business branding & requirements & be uniquely yours.
How many pages are included?
Webtiger uses CMS & will hand over 100% access to your website backend. This means there are no restrictions to pages in your website. You will have full access well into the future.
Do you offer free quotes?
Unless agreed otherwise, the quote is $100.
This is deducted off the cost of your invoice if you proceed with hiring Webtiger.
So yes, it’s free to Webtiger customers.
Refunds?
Please note that deposits are not refundable. Your deposit will secure your place in the schedule.
All website payments are final.
In the event of project termination, the client will pay Webtiger for all the services & expenses provided/performed thus far.
Do you set up hosting, domain names & email?
No.
We recommend VentraIp for hosting your website & domain name.
None compare to VentraIp.
Call Shoshana to talk about which plan is best for your site before signing up with your host.
There are some hosts Webtiger won’t work with. We can talk about that.
How do we share files?
Webtiger will set up a Dropbox folder where we can share & communicate.
Please keep a back up of your items as Webtiger will delete this folder once your project is finalised.
Who we are
Webtiger is a creative digital design agency with a base in South East Melbourne (near Chaddy). Our office is virtual, so we have clients all over the world.
Hello, I’m Shoshana. I love creating websites and working with people to build their creative goals. I have a university computer science degree and another in fine arts, which is a pretty great mix of skills to have.
Webtiger is named after my cat who’s nickname was ‘Tiger’.
What we do
Webitger offers digital design solutions that are stunning, functional and affordable.
I’m able to spend time focusing and learning about your business needs to tailor a solution just right for you & your customers.
And then there is the network of specialists that join the team as needed. One of which is a very tallented + inspiring graphic designer, Amanda, from Hampel Designs.
We work with copywriters and project managers (PM) too. Emmy (PM) keeps us on track and is great at breaking the project up into manageable tasks when needed.
The professionals we work with are all local. We don’t use off shore staff.
